Audi may abandon touchscreen


The chief designer of the German brand believes that touch screens in the interior there is no future, and in ten years they will disappear altogether

In an interview with Autocar, Audi chief designer Marc Lichte said that touch screens in cars is quite a dubious future. However, he immediately made a reservation and stated that it was only his own assumption. By the way, if you think that physical buttons are coming back, we have to disappoint you.

According to Lichte, features numerous touch screens will take the projection display, which over time will become even more advanced. Well, all the other tasks, he says, will be easy to perform using voice control.
